The code was p0316 which indicates too many misfires after startup and code p0304 which is cylinder number 4 misfire. Needless to say I had drivers behind me honking and flashing lights but the truck just wouldn’t go over about 5 mph until I was down the road a bit.

Its hard to say when it happens (cold or warm) i believe more warm then anything, it starts acting likes a cylinder is not firing (or more cant tell). it does clear its self after about a minute or two at normal idle, if i rev the engine to 4k – 5k it clears instantly.
