Where are the fuses for the turn relays?
There is probably going to be a 10 amp fuse in the fuse box in your dash and a 15 amp fuse in one of the relay boxes under the hood of the truck. The two turn relays will be under the hood on the passenger side by the firewall. It is likely the following fuse, I have enclosed a picture of the 10A Fuse (Center of Picture).

The underdash fusebox is *not* linked to that fuse, and the Helms is telling you each and every thing that the fuse is powering… I pulled the 15A fuse for the radio from the under-dash box and it actually made the drain INCREASE, but by only 0.01A (to 0.07).
