Why does my Chevy truck make a squeaking sound?
Squeaking like you describe could be dry universal joints, probably the pinion end of drive shaft. The needle bearings dry out and rusts causing them to squeak. Check them out. Squeaking is a tell tale sign of bad u-joints. I have had 2 trucks over the years that did this. I’m leaning towards u joint, bearing, or rubber bushings.

Why is the front driver side of my LCA squeaking?
I’ve replaced the LCA balljoints with MOOG ones about a month 1/2 ago, and just replaced the squeaking side one again today after thinking it was the balljoint that was the issue, it wasn’t. I thought that I had it pinned down to the wheel hub/bearing, but I was informed that it wouldn’t squeak when turning the wheel.
